The Annual International Conference 2011
The Joseph Conrad Society’s 2011 Annual International Conference, its 37th, was held in London on 7-9 July.
The sessions of 7-8 July were held at the Polish Social and Cultural Association (POSK) at 238-246 King Street in Hammersmith. Those of 9 July were held at the University Women’s Club at 2 Audley Square, Mayfair.
The Philip J. Conrad Memorial lecture was delivered by C. T. Watts, who spoke on ‘Heart of Darkness’.
